Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions: When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other parents in need. Please let as know as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another mom access lactation support. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment $100 fees will be charge to your account. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be applied to future services. By signing this form you are acknowledging the cancellation policy terms and conditions.
